My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were very small and lacking room service, but the workers were friendly and efficient. The location was great for exploring NYC, being near Central Park and the subway, although there was wear and tear visible. The dining options were convenient but a bit overpriced for simple meals.
